Lean Manufacturing II - ARRI Program

This module is designed to provide an understanding of Lean tools and techniques and their applications. Upon completion of this module, students will be capable of understanding and creating flow; mapping a moderately complex process; identifying a bottleneck; understanding push and pull; applying tools and techniques such as KANBAN, level loading, and one-piece flow; and providing a solution for a real-life operational process improvement.
